This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content. Its fonts, scripts and images are all served from this website itself.
The hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses in server logs, to deliver and secure the site. Hosting provider: mijn.host (Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, organisation, topic and message) are emailed to me from this website’s server at mijn.host in the Netherlands. They are not passed on to anyone else.
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed, and at the latest 24 months after the last contact. If a business relationship follows, records are kept as long as Dutch law requires (seven years for business records).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Send requests through the contact form. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
